"Letters! We get letters! We get stacks and stacks of letters!" Actually, I get stacks and stacks of e-mails, and the subjects range from fun grammatical questions to basically calling me an idiot. I like the grammatical questions better than the idiot ones, but all of them are interesting.

Some of my favorite e-mails this quarter concern important legal writing issues such as complimentary closings, numbers, colons, contractions, citations, and goosebumps. Yes, goosebumps. Here we go.
