Persuasive Legal Writing and Pet Peeves of the Federal Court

The purpose of this article is to provide a few practical tips on two related subjects: persuasive legal writing and interacting with the federal court. While I have much to learn on both of these subjects, I like to think that I have some relevant advice to impart after serving as a federal law clerk for a year and as a litigation associate practicing primarily in federal court for close to six years.
