Thad Westbrook is a partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP who practices in Columbia in the areas of business litigation, consumer finance litigation, and class action defense.  He is Chairman of the Firm's Recruiting Committee and a former member of the Firm’s Associates Committee.

  • Experience in handling business litigation matters in federal and state courts and multiple arbitration forums
  • Managed matters and case loads for numerous institutions
  • Handled a variety of business litigation disputes involving real property, insurance, class action, and commercial issues
