Charleston County Bar Elects Nelson Mullins’
Scott Moïse As President
CHARLESTON, SC (March 24, 2017)–Members of the Charleston County Bar Association have elected Elizabeth Scott Moïse, a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s Charleston office, as president of the organization for the 2017-2018 term.
Ms. Moïse practices in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith, consumer finance, class action litigation, and product liability defense. She serves as an adjunct faculty member at both the University of South Carolina School of Law and the Charleston School of Law. Active in the S.C. Bar, she co-chairs the organization’s Judicial Qualifications Committee.
