Commercial Real Estate Attorney Sue Davis Joins
Nelson Mullins in Boston

BOSTON (July 25, 2017)--Experienced commercial real estate attorney Susan W. Davis has joined the Corporate Group as of counsel in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s Boston office. Ms. Davis represents owners and investors in complex real estate transactions involving all types of commercial real estate properties, including acquisitions, financings, sales, and joint ventures.

Ms. Davis represents landlords and tenants in commercial real estate leasing matters, including the leasing of office, retail, and industrial facilities. She has counseled on the acquisition of multi-family properties, including recent acquisitions and financings of properties in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and New York. She has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of office and industrial properties throughout Massachusetts and has represented several owners of downtown Boston and suburban office, industrial, and retail buildings in leases and financing transactions.

Earlier this year, the Boston chapter of CREW, a national association of women in commercial  real estate, honored her with the 2017 Professional Service Award, which recognizes leading women commercial real estate professionals in the Greater Boston region.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross.
