Experienced Healthcare Attorney Brad Sayles Joins

NASHVILLE (Jan. 24, 2017)–Experienced healthcare attorney Bradley J. Sayles has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s healthcare team in Nashville as of counsel. Mr. Sayles advises clients in healthcare regulatory matters, helping them to navigate and comply with state and federal laws and industry standards.
Mr. Sayles represents clinical laboratories, hospice and home health providers, durable medical equipment suppliers, health systems, physician groups, and long-term care providers to rural healthcare entities and individual practitioners. He advises clients on government enforcement, compliance, healthcare fraud and abuse, and day-to-day operational matters.
He began his legal career as a law clerk at the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services. He joins the Firm from the Nashville office of Bass, Berry & Sims PLC. He is admitted to the Kentucky and Tennessee bars.
