Futures Commission issues final report:
We must embrace change now
From the American Bar Association
Columbia partner William Hubbard, a past president of the American Bar Association, established the Commission on the Future of Legal Services in an effort to improve the delivery of, and access to, legal services in the United States. The Commission has issued its final report, which includes establishing a Center for Innovation to map the way forward. The 30-member futures commission spent two years engaged in an intensive research effort to document the challenges and propose solutions to the issues confronting the legal profession and the American public.
