Suhail Seth to YPC Council
ATLANTA (June 2, 2016)–Suhail Seth, a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s Atlanta office, has been selected by Georgia Appleseed Center for Law & Justice as a Young Professionals Council executive member. The Council engages professionals aged 39 and under in systemic social justice work.
Mr. Seth focuses his law practice on transnational business and investment matters, including middle-market corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures as well as Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance and sales, distribution, licensing and endorsement agreements.
