Immigration Attorney Brandi Knox Joins

Atlanta (Oct. 11, 2016)–Brandi N. Knox has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as of counsel in the Atlanta office where she focuses her practice on immigration law, including employment-based, family-based, and naturalization.
Ms. Knox represents domestic and multinational employers before U.S. Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Department of Labor in connection with U.S. immigration-related employment issues. In addition, she counsels employers on immigration policy, strategy, and compliance and has experience conducting audits to assess I-9 compliance. She has previous experience in immigration law at four international law firms and has worked in the Office of Foreign Labor Certification of the U.S. Department of Labor.
Ms. Knox earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, magna cum laude, from Spelman College and a Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law.
