Litigation Attorney Nolan Mitchell Joins
Nelson Mullins in Boston
Boston (May 11, 2017)–Nolan J. Mitchell has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as a partner in the Boston office where he will concentrate his practice on complex business disputes, franchise and distribution litigation, and financial services cases and enforcement matters.
Mr. Mitchell previously worked at a large international law firm in Boston where his practice focused on complex commercial and financial services litigation and internal and government investigations. He also worked as a special assistant district attorney in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the Honorable Patti B. Saris of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Mr. Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Classics and English from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst; a Master of Arts in International Relations from Boston University; and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Boston University School of Law, where he was managing editor of the Boston University Law Review.
