TAMPA (October 4, 2016)–Kathryn B. Solley, a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s Atlanta office, will participate in a panel discussion of fiduciary highlights for employee benefit plans at the 2016 Tampa Bay Fiduciary Summit Oct. 25. Ms. Solley practices executive compensation, employee benefits, and ERISA law. She works with public and private companies and their employee benefits needs and has worked as in-house counsel with a large northeastern electric public utility and then with a large, publicly traded multinational corporation. She also advises governmental pension plans and tax exempt entities on employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
