Patrick O’Dea Brings Homeowner Association
Practice to Nelson Mullins
MYRTLE BEACH (May 26, 2016) – Patrick F. O’Dea has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as of counsel in the Myrtle Beach office where he focuses his practice on the representation of homeowner associations. He is a board member and the president-elect of the South Carolina Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, a national organization with more than 30,000 members and chapters in all 50 states that provides guidance for the creation and operation of homeowner associations. Mr. O’Dea is also a member and past president of the Horry County Bar Association.
Mr. O’Dea earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with honors, from Clemson University.
