In an article published March 15, 2017 in Special Ed Connection, Atlanta partner Sherry Culves discusses when board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) are appropriate to be included in a child’s Individualized Education Program and what schools should do when a parent requests their services. "BCBAs or other related service providers, such as speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, are not required members of the IEP team," said Ms. Culves, a school attorney and member of the School and University Law Group.
