Two Associates Join Nelson Mullins in Boston
BOSTON (Feb. 9, 2016)–Anna J. Oh and Steven H. Joseph have joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as associates in the Boston office.
Ms. Oh concentrates her practice in the area of corporate law. She joins the Firm from another Boston law firm where she worked as a corporate associate. Before that she served as associate counsel and legal fellow for a computer data storage company in Massachusetts. Ms. Oh also has worked as a research analyst at an economic and policy analysis research and consulting firm. She served legal internships at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and the New England Legal Foundation.
Ms. Oh earned her Bachelor of Science, with honors, from Cornell University and her Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law.
Mr. Joseph focuses his practice in the areas of white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, and complex civil litigation. He has experience as an associate at a boutique law firm in Boston and as a special assistant attorney general at the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General. He has represented individuals in connection with investigations by the U.S. Attorneys' Offices, the Department of Justice, Offices of the Inspector General, and the Food and Drug Administration. His clients include entrepreneurs, local businesses, and multinational companies.
Mr. Joseph earned his Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Boston College School of Law.
