In an article published in the October / November 2016 issue of Today’s General Counsel, Atlanta partner David Katz offers insight into effective ways for companies to know and understand what types of data they generate and collect. Mr. Katz emphasizes that the entire issue should be understood as a governance problem that requires a well thought-out institutional infrastructure.
