In an article published on May 16, 2017 by Law360, Atlanta partner David Katz offers insight into the Trump administration’s executive order on cybersecurity that instructs “agencies to proactively assess cybersecurity risks and share threat information in order to better safeguard federal networks and infrastructure.” Mr. Katz told Law360 in an interview, “The executive order is likely to have the effect of establishing a baseline standard that brings more consistency around how risks are managed.
