COLUMBIA, SC (Oct. 4, 2012)– Greater Columbia Business Monthly has named three Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough attorneys to its list of the Midlands 'Legal Elite' in three practice areas:

• Sue Erwin Harper – Labor and Employment
• George Wolfe – Governmental Affairs

The magazine invited 1,397 members of the S.C. Bar Association who practice in the Midlands to nominate lawyers in 20 practice areas, according to the publication. Respondents could not nominate themselves, but they could nominate people within their firms. For every in-firm nomination, there had to be an out-of-firm nominee, although not necessarily in the same practice area.

The magazine selected 95 Midlands attorneys in 20 practice areas.
