Josh Kobrin Joins Nelson Mullins in Atlanta

ATLANTA – Joshua A. Kobrin has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough's Atlanta office as an associate. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, business torts, and contract disputes. He also works on healthcare-related matters, representing hospitals and health systems.

Mr. Kobrin has experience representing corporate clients involved in complex litigation and government investigations, including false advertising and trademark litigation, antitrust litigations, contract disputes, and investigations undertaken by the SEC and U.S. Attorney. He  has an active pro bono practice, which has included work with the Legal Aid Society of New York, the New York City Bar Association, and the Iraqi Refugee Assistance Project.

He has served clerkships for the Honorable Helene White, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable James G. Carr, former Chief Judge, Northern District of Ohio.

Mr. Kobrin earned a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University.
